Over a decade in construction operations and an architectural engineering degree couldn’t have prepared me to build a training program from the ground up, but that was my challenge. I am so grateful to have found a training development partnership with Media-Vox. With their guidance and expertise we have developed numerous skills-based courses to be delivered “on-demand” when learners need it most. These courses include videos, interactivity for the learner, job-aids and opportunities to engage with supervisors fostering knowledge sharing amongst our teams.

  • I really like how lean the training is while still containing more than enough detail to help someone (new or who just needs a refresher) fully understand the process. Really good work here!
  • Our project team completed the PCI training course as a group which generated a lot of good questions and discussions. The course material is very well put together, with a lot of good information, I especially like the videos. It was very nicely done.
  • I just completed a review of the PCI and LDR trainings; the detail and completeness is very well done. I especially like the job aids. I’m excited to see what other trainings we produce this year!
  • This process is very helpful for any employee that composes RFIs, no matter the experience level. I have been writing RFIs for years and I still learned some valuable tips to get a more effective response from design teams. For new engineers this would be a great starting point with plenty of help and guidance. Good job on this one team!
